Our low energy house, which is new built is situated sunny 1 km from the local center of Ramsau/Hippach.

The biggest skiing areas of the ziller valley are accessible in 5 to 15 minutes.

The summer house is equipped with a sauna, a room where you can relax, wooden stove, a big sun terrace and a children play meadow
